Hatha Yoga is the backbone of all modern day yoga practices. Classes focus on cultivating strength, normal flexibility and full body wellness with intention to balance the body, mind and spirit. Classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate. Modifications are included to make poses easier or more difficult depending on your level. My name is Becky. I am a MSK Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist recently passing Suandasti Teacher Training Schools Hatha Yoga practical exam with distinction. I expect to complete my written yoga course work on 1st November when I will be a fully qualified Yoga Instructor. Now my practical exam is complete, I am insured by the Yoga Alliance Professionals to teach 2 classes per week until I am fully qualified.
