Hatha Yoga is the backbone of all modern day yoga practices. Classes focus on cultivating strength, normal flexibility and full body wellness with intention to balance the body, mind and spirit.
My name is Becky. I am an MSK Physiotherapist and an Aromatherapy & Sports Massage Therapist. I am a recently qualified Yoga Teacher completing my teacher training with a Yoga Alliance Certified Course.
Classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate. Modifications are included to make poses easier or more difficult depending on your current level. Focus is on strength, flexibility and balance. Breathing techniques and relaxation / savasana are incorporated to bring a well rounded class.
