Great news from the PM’s Lockdown Roadmap on 22nd February showing there is light at the end of the tunnel.
**TEMPORARILY RUNNING AS A GYM ENVIRONMENT**
Tier 3 restrictions prevent us from running group exercise classes (with the exception of kids classes), but the GOOD NEWS is that Bradford Council have granted permission for us to run the Centre as a gym environment instead until we fall back into Tier 2 or Tier 1 when classes may resume.
Throughout the 3 studio rooms we have various marked out zones set up with different equipment to use. There is a weights areas, cardio areas, toning areas and a boxing area. Examples of equipment available to use includes: spin bikes, barbells/plates, kettlebells, Bulgarian training bags, weight rack station, punch bags, suspension straps, agility ladder, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability ball, balance board, tyre, medicine balls, barre etc. You will attend at your timeslot and do your own workout. ‘But I don’t know what to do on my own when not instructed’ I hear you cry! Don’t worry, we have created a bundle of exercise cards for each zone providing you with plenty exercises to try, including warm up sheets too! Although there’ll be low background music on, please bring your own music with headphones if you wish. Please also BRING YOUR FACE COVERING which must be worn when walking between rooms, down corridors, through reception and to the loos.
All the usual Covid-Secure Measures are in place: social distancing, disinfectant stations, wiping down of equipment after use, hand sanitisation stations, one-way flow systems, good ventilation, zoned areas, queue outside 2m apart until told to enter, please do not turn up if you feel unwell or been advised to self-isolate, displayed NHS QR Code poster for track and trace, etc.
You MUST book a timeslot (no walk-ins) and non-refundable prepayment is required to secure your booking. You can book 6 days in advance. Due to limited spaces due to social distancing measures in place, payments must be made at least 24 hours in advance prior to your booking or you risk losing your timeslot to someone on the waiting list.

Additional timeslots shall be added if there is demand.

IN ADDITION TO THE GYM, Robin and Jo shall be running INDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING too – from 30 minutes to 1 hour slots. So please get in touch if you wish to book a PT session.
FINALLY, don’t worry if you’re missing your favourite classes at the moment. Our Vimeo On Demand Online Classes (nearly 80 videos) are still available to rent so you can still carry out your workouts at home too. We’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us by using our online service throughout lockdown. If we remain in Tier 3 for a lengthily period we shall add more videos onto our site.
