Still at Steeton Cricket Club who have very kindly given us permission to continue using their field. We are extremely grateful to the Club for allowing this. We have a designated area that we shall use and shall only run sessions weather permitting. We cannot run sessions in the heavy rain, as not only will this make the ground too slippery to safely workout, it will damage their field. You will be notified of any class cancellations. A full outdoor activity risk assessment has been carried out.

BOOKING REQUIRED. Class capacity allowance has been increased by the Government to 30 per class (29 clients + 1 coach).

✔︎ There will be a 10-15 minute window between the instructor’s classes;
✔︎ Do not gather in groups whilst waiting for your class and please disperse once your class has finished;
✔︎ Social distancing measures shall be in place. On arrival please ensure you maintain a 2-metre distance away from other group members and the instructor. Your training area will be marked out by cones.
✔︎ Please bring your own personal hand sanitiser with you, but if you forget we shall have some available;
✔︎ Nothing will be passed between the coach and the client;
✔︎ Minimal equipment shall be used, but where it is required you will have your own designated equipment to use. You may be asked to bring your own if you have it. It shall be provided if you don’t have the required item. Equipment that is used shall be disinfected before and after each use;
✔︎ Please do not share equipment and please sanitise your hands before, during and after as required;
✔︎ Please keep all personal items to a minimum and don’t forget to bring a bottle of water with you;
✔︎ If it is a warm, sunny day please remember to apply sun cream.

NOTE: Anyone who arrives for the outdoor classes who is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will be immediately sent home and advised to follow the stay at home guidance.

Class Price:
All classes (except Small Group PT sessions) are priced at £5.00 per class.
Small Group PT Sessions are priced at £12.00 – these sessions are specialist and will be tailored to each individual in order to help meet your goals.

Please Note: We are afraid we cannot offer back to back class discounts at this time due to such limited numbers. Classes are pay as you train. These sessions are included in Eastburn Fitness Centre’s monthly membership. Please let us know if you need to cancel.

Cancellation policy – please provide at least 3 hours notice to cancel a class otherwise you will still be charged. No shows will also be charged. Commitment is required when booking a session.

We have produced 70 RECORDED ONLINE WORKOUT VIDEOS so you can get to do your physical exercise and training at home if your unable to make it to class. Using the Vimeo On Demand (VOD) video platform, we have a huge variety of fitness videos to suit everyone, both with and without the need for equipment and minimal space is required.

Stream the fitness classes whenever is convenient – day or night – plus you can watch the videos on any device (e.g. TV, computer, tablet or phone etc.) For easier access you can download the Vimeo app onto your device or even chromecast to your TV.

You can RENT AN INDIVIDUAL VIDEO for a full 24 HOURS of streaming, so you can log back into our VOD site and repeat the workout video as many times as you like, or why not select the RENT A BUNDLE option (£10) and you can have access to ALL VIDEOS (70+) for ONE FULL WEEK! The bundle price works out at just £1.43 per day. Your entire household can choose their own daily workout at a time that suits.

Even though the Centre will be open our Vimeo On Demand Video Site will still remain active. We believe it shall still be of value to many throughout the year who cannot make classes for a number reasons, such as childcare, working late, shift work, traffic jams etc.
