Learn different dance exercises to a wide variety of songs of differing tempos and beats. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, salsa, merengue, reggaeton, soca, cumbia, flamenco, bellydancing and more. This is the higher impact, higher intensity Zumba class. A real calorie killer!
The Zumba® Toning program is designed to offer the participant a safe, yet effective total body toning workout! When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light hand weights. This challenging workout combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. We use maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.
Low Impact ZUMBA

Low Impact Zumba is a lower intensity version of the popular Latin-dance inspired Zumba class. These classes are a great introduction for beginners, for people recovering from illness or injury, and for ladies returning after pregnancy. Its slower, more controlled pace is fantastic for active older adults or anyone who needs modifications in their exercise routine. Come and learn the basic Zumba steps to Salsa, ChaCha, Bollywood, Swing, Flamenco and Belly Dance – and have fun!
