Jack Holder: Sports, Injury & Pain Therapist. I have a 10 year background in the health, fitness and well-being industry. I am passionate about helping my clients recover from injury and allowing them to live and exercise pain free. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) Sports Science degree from the University of Worcester in 2014. Since then I have worked in physical and outdoor education before becoming a full time self employed with my therapy business ‘Pain Fix’ established in 2017.
