Jack Holder: Sports, Injury & Pain Therapist. I have a 10 year background in the health, fitness and well-being industry. I am passionate about helping my clients recover from injury and allowing them to live and exercise pain free. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) Sports Science degree from the University of Worcester in 2014. Since then I have worked in physical and outdoor education before becoming a full time self employed with my therapy business ‘Pain Fix’ established in 2017. I achieved a level 5 sports therapy and injury rehab advanced diploma in 2019 and now have an expanding business which includes fitness training, health coaching and holistic rehabilitation. I provide an alternative to traditional physiotherapy through offering effective hands on therapy as well as personalised rehabilitation plans, exercise and lifestyle advice. My hobbies include fell running, field hockey, mountain biking, walking and camping. I am also the match day therapist at Keighley RUFC looking after the safety of the first team players and any injuries.
