Bokwa is a hybrid class so it has the name Bo, which is short for boxing and Kwa, which stands for the African culture dance Kwaito, so combines African dance moves and boxing manoeuvres.  A new dance fitness program comprised of cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength and flexibility all in one class. Bokwa uses letters and numbers at its foundation to provide participants a fun, addictive and energizing workout! Bokwa Tone & CoreTM targets the midsection and integrates light wrist weights that enhance the toning and strength building benefits of Bokwa. It’s all about the Abs and Arms! Tone and Core is being combined with every Bokwa Dance Fitness Class for a fantastic full body workout.

Bokwa Tone & Core TM is an exciting new group workout that targets the midsection and integrates light wrist weights that enhance the toning and strength building benefits of Bokwa. Combining unique and energizing upper and lower body movements to music, Bokwa Tone & Core TM means you never have to get on the floor and do another crunch again. Integrating the tone and strength movements with Bokwa letters and numbers, you will love the experience and the results!

Bokwa Tone and Core is being combined with every Bokwa Fitness Class for a fantastic full body work out – CARDIO, TONE AND CORE WORK!

BOKWA STEP & UP

Bokwa® Step & Up is a new twist on step aerobics. In Bokwa®, participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while moving together to popular music. The goal of Bokwa Step & Up is to do Bokwa while simply sliding a step underneath your feet! Bokwa Step is unlike any other step program, due to the fact that you have to move on the floor and around the bench as well as up and over, your movements cover much more ground than a traditional step class.

BOKWA® Punch & Strike™ is loaded with intensity, power and strength for men and women. Punch & Strike combines the Bokwa structured steps with Punches, Kicks, Knees, Elbows, Dips and other boxing movements.  This class will take you on a journey that will make your heart race and your muscles fire like never before!
